Material Selection & Curation
We finalize exact dimensional drawings and coordinate material curation. Steven guides you through selecting oak grades, marble slabs, hardware finishes, and fixture specifications. You sign off on the detailed line items before any ordering begins, ensuring the scope matches your expectations perfectly.
Precision Build & Supervision
Our specialized local crew begins construction under Steven's direct daily supervision. We isolate the work area with dust containment walls, protect your flooring, and run active cleanups at the end of every day. Steven conducts inspection reviews at every phase (framing, rough-ins, carpentry, paint) to guarantee outstanding workmanship.
Detailed Hand-off & Warranty
We run a final walk-through with you to review every detail against a punch list checkoff. Once you are 100% satisfied, we clean the space thoroughly and hand over your written warranty package (including our legal guarantee on walk-in shower tile pans and waterproofing membranes), leaving you with a masterfully crafted space.
